Aerobics courses (membres only)

Interval Cardio Challenge

Training that combines both cardio and muscle-toning exercises that consists of: 5 minutes of medium intensity aerobics and 3 minutes of muscle-toning exercises with equipment (free weights, elastic bands, medicine balls) followed by stretching.

 

Aero-Step

Complete cardio training course that consists of 20 minutes of STEP exercises, 20 minutes of medium intensity aerobics followed by abdominal and back muscle toning and stretching.

 

CARDIO PLUS/TONning

A series of aerobics movements with or without jumps that progressively increases heart rate that concentrates on cardio as well as on muscle toning exercises 15 to 20 minutes before the end of the class.

 

MUSCle toning

A course that concentrates its exercises on improving muscle toning, flexibility and uses equipment such as free weights, elastic bands, medicine balls and the BOSU (both sides up).

 

Cardio Kick

A class for Cardio Kick and Cardio Boxing lovers that consists of a successful cardio combination of cardio and muscle toning exercises  and boxing or martial arts movements (punches, kicks and knee strikes) on rhythmic music.

 

ABDOMinal toning

A 30-minute all abdominal exercise course available to all regardless of their fitness level.

 

BOOTCAMP

A high intensity but easy to follow class that involves a series of fun aerobics exercises followed by more intense cardio exercises.

 

Circuit

Training that consists of switching workout stations that involve cardio and muscle toning exercises by using the STEP, BOSU, elastic bands and free weights; ideal for participants already involved in sports activities because it requires certain muscle abilities (force, endurance, power).

 

Step

Class consisting of a good cardio workout followed by a muscle toning period with free weights, elastic bands, medicine balls and an adjustable platform according to the intensity level.

 

Interval Step challenge

Training that combines both cardio and muscle-toning exercises that consists of: 5 minutes of medium intensity STEP and 3 minutes of muscle toning exercises with equipment (free weights, elastic bands, medicine balls) followed by stretching.

 

Super Trio

A 75-minute challenge course you won't want to miss !!!

  • 20 minutes of STEP

  • 20 minutes of medium intensity aerobics

  • 20 minutes of muscle toning with free weights, elastic bands and medicine balls

  • 15 minutes of stretching and relaxing.

 

BALLON PERCUSSION

This high intensity but rhythmic class consists of a dance component and a percussion component in which participants follow the instructors dance movements while tapping on a ball like on a drum. If you like dancing to the rhythm of music, then this class is the one for you!

 

ZUMBA

It is an aerobics-workout class that will make you move to the rhythm of flamenco and samba music. One class will be enough to convince you to join our Zumba Fitness party!
