Aquamom prenatal fit: Course that consists of a complete cardio and muscle-toning workout on rhythmic music in the pool (helps you complete these exercises without worrying about the weight of your little one) in order to keep you in shape before giving birth.

Bring your little one to your indoor cycling class: Come in and energize as you spin while listening to rhythmic music that will make you feel like you're pedaling outdoors on a sunny day. Indoor cycling has the right intensity for the best cardio workout you can get to get back in shape fast!

Prenatal Yoga: There's nothing better than a peace of mind and group muscle toning and flexibility exercises in order for you to find that Zen moment!

Postnatal Ab Power Yoga: A unique course that uses traditional heat producing yoga postures that are performed at a dynamic pace to increase both body temperature and heart rate and combine them to several postnatal abdominal exercises.

Aéro-poussette : An outdoor dynamic hiking workout that combines cardio with muscle-toning exercises all while taking your baby out for some fresh air! What better way to get back in shape than an outdoor workout in good company!

Postnatal Zumba: An inspiring class that will make you dance to the rhythm of flamenco, salsa and samba featuring aerobic training.

Postnatal Bootcamp: A high intensity but easy to follow fitness group class that involves a series of aerobics and muscle workout exercises on dynamic and motivating music.
