Programs that will bring peace to your body and soul!

Hatha Yoga: A stretching exercise program that uses both breathing and concentration in order for participants to stretch muscles and relax. It contributes to eliminating stress, re-energizing the body and improving both strength and flexibility.

Yoga Yanumoja: Focusing of one's energy towards union with oneself in a state of wholeness in order to better understand ourselves as beings while concentrating on the exploration and reflection on different concepts combined with breath, movement, visualization, sensory focus, stillness, and meditation exercises in order to search for energy, patterns, and sensations that describe our state of mind moment by moment.

Soft Yoga: A class for everyone that allows participants to gently practice classical yoga postures and alternately contributes to relaxing the body in a soothing and nurturing way, therefore counterbalancing our stressful everyday lives.

Yoga Flow: A dynamic and accessible course that consists of fluid movements and a series of synchronized yoga postures combined with breathing techniques that help develop strength and generate a flow of energy. Prerequisite: a basic yoga course.

Kripalu Yoga: An all level gentle and slow movement course that focuses on rhythm and breathing while building full body awareness.

Power Yoga: Course based on Ashtanga Yoga and its traditional heat producing yoga postures that are performed at a dynamic pace to increase both body temperature and heart rate all while making you more aware of your body. Give your body and mind the strength, flexibility and balance they need!

Pilates:  A smooth training technique for the body and soul based on strengthening postural muscles, controlling movement and breathing.

Yoga parent-child: This class might be the family recreational solution to relaxing through simple and effective methods all while enjoying precious moments with your children. Spending quality time is the best thing that practicing yoga with your kids can bring! We have to remember that we, as parents, are the first contact our children have with the world and the most important influence on their life styles. If we want a moderate lifestyle for them and ourselves, it is up to us to introduce them to that change.

Prenatal Yoga: There's nothing better than a peace of mind and group muscle toning and flexibility exercises in order for you to find that Zen moment!

Postnatal Ab Power Yoga: A unique course that uses traditional heat producing yoga postures that are performed at a dynamic pace to increase both body temperature and heart rate and combine them to several postnatal abdominal exercises.

Chi-Kung/Tai Chi: A Chinese training method based on smooth and rhythmical control movements.
