OUR installations

 

Our swimming pool offers you 3 corridors of 20 meters and a round section for free swimming and aquafitness courses. The water is salt-treated and held at a minimum of 84 degrees F. There is no deep section, so it is possible to walk around the pool. In order to choose the best time for your aquatic activities, we invite you to consult the schedule of free swimming in the section "Schedules". You will then know if aquafitness classes are taking place, if swimming lessons take place in 1 corridor, just to plan your activities or workouts by making sure you have the space you want!
 
 
 
Several amenities are available for you by the pool. You can ask the lifeguard for palms, children's games and more. 
 
 
Access to the pool is easy for everyone! The entry by the ramp allows everyone to enter at his own pace.

ADULT PROGRAMMING

Course NameShort Description 
Aquafit with babyAquafit class for mom and the baby. The mother participates in different series of movements to work the cardio and muscles. The baby is in the water, either in the mom's arms or sitting in a flotation device in a dolphin shape. *Recommendation : The baby should be 5 months old or older because the mom works in the water with the baby. He should be holding his head easily. (Si vous ne terminez pas la session puisque vous devez retourner au travail, communiquez avec nous pour ajuster la tarification!)
Training3. ADVANCED : GROUP SWIMMING WORKOUT Requirements : have good technique and swim 60-100 with ease. This 60 minute class is a group swimming workout. The instructor will change and make progress with the different series asked each week. While making sure your technique is good, the instructor will guide you thru different swimming drills to make it stronger and help you gain distance in you workouts.
AQUAFITAquafit offers medium to strong intensity water exercises lasting 50 minutes. Full body workout using the resistance of the water. Great cardiovascular exercises. Must be 13 years of age or over.
Aqua prenatal - Aquafit for pregnant womenAqua prenatal offers different series of water exercises of adapted intensity for pregnant women. The course is 50 minutes. (Si vous ne terminez pas la session puisque Bébé arrive avant la fin, communiquez avec nous pour ajuster la tarification!)
Begginer - Intermédiaire 1 combinedL'instructeur s'adapte et offre les 2 niveaux de cours Débutants : Programme pour s’y lancer Préalable : aucun Cours de 50 minutes. Le cours débutant vous permet de vous préparer à apprendre les divers styles de nage. Il s’agit de prendre confiance dans l’eau, flotter, respirer, s’immerger et se déplacer confortablement dans l’eau à l’aide de techniques de base. Apprentissages variés pour assurer votre confort et votre endurance dans l’eau. Intermédiaire 1 Préalable : être à l'aise dans l'eau, savoir flotter, se déplacer avec objet flottant. Nager 20 mètres en continu, sans technique. Le cours sera une série de progressions détaillées et plusieurs ateliers pour développer la technique du crawl, dos crawlé et la brasse surtout.
Adult swim intermediate 2 - swim strokesIntermédiaire 2 Préalable : Connaître et nager le crawl, la brasse et le dos crawlé et pouvoir nager 20 à 60 mètres en continu. Ce cours de 50 minutes vous aide à continuer votre apprentissage des styles de nage en perfectionnant vos techniques. Cours adapté aux nageurs intermédiaires mais qui peuvent débuter de petites séries d’entraînement. Afin de développer votre endurance, la nage se fait de façon plus continue.

PRIVATES COURSES 45 minutesThis is a 45-minute class during which children swim on their own while being accompanied by their instructor who gives them one-on-one directions in order to ensure progress!
PRIVATE COURSES 30 minutesPrivate lessons are 30 minutes. The kid is the only one that is swmming with his instructor. he will progress through the levels of our swimming program, detailed in the preceding pages. These courses are ideal for children who need special attention or have group fears.
GOLD / LIFESAVING INITIATIONLe cours d'or et d'initiation au sauvetage complète l'apprentissage de la natation des nageurs et donne un aperçu du cheminement d'apprentissage dans l'objectif de devenir sauveteur. Ce niveau permet non seulement de perfectionner les styles de nages des nageurs, mais il permettra aussi de développer des habiletés et connaissances nouvelles concernant le métier de sauveteur (la RCR, l'approche échelonnée, l’auto sauvetage, etc.). Ceci ne donne pas de réelle certification en sauvetage, simplement une belle préparation et l'entraînement pour s'y préparer! Durée : 1h15 Prérequis : Réussite du niveau argent
GOLD - Swim training for juniorsGOLD : 50 minutes Requirements : complete the objectives of the silver level. This course is a training period. The objectives during the session are : Gain better endurance and speed while swimming, up to 500 meters at a time. Work on the flips and breathing as well as perfecting last details in all swim strokes and the butterfly strokes.
White - Silver combinedWhite: 45 minutes Requirements : complete the objectives of the grey level The objectives during the session are : swim 150 meters of efficient crawl, swim 150 meters of efficient back crawl, swim and stay at the surface in a vertical position for 5 minutes, 100 meters of elementary backstroke and 100 meters of complete coordinated breaststroke and use the flips at each 20 meters for a 400 meter endurance swim. Silver: 45 minutes Requirements : complete the objectives of the white level The objectives during the session are : swim 200 meters of efficient crawl, swim 200 meters of efficient back crawl, 100 meters of elementary backstroke and 200 meters of complete coordinated breaststroke, carry object for lifeguard technique with head above water for 50 meters, Full butterfly coordination for 50 meters and use the flips at each 20 meters for a 500 meter endurance swim.
Grey-White combinedGrey: 45 minutes Requirements : complete the objectives of the green level The objectives during the session are : swim 150 meters of efficient crawl, swim 100 meters of efficient back crawl, swim and stay at the surface in a vertical position for 4 minutes, use flat sculling technique for 50 meters, 50 meters of elementary backstroke, learn the breastroke (leg technique) for 75 meters, use the complete breaststroke for 25 meters, dolphin kick for 25 meters and swim with good endurance 300 meters without stopping. White: 45 minutes Requirements : complete the objectives of the grey level The objectives during the session are : swim 150 meters of efficient crawl, swim 150 meters of efficient back crawl, swim and stay at the surface in a vertical position for 5 minutes, 100 meters of elementary backstroke and 100 meters of complete coordinated breaststroke and use the flips at each 20 meters for a 400 meter endurance swim.
WhiteWhite: 45 minutes Requirements : complete the objectives of the grey level The objectives during the session are : swim 150 meters of efficient crawl, swim 150 meters of efficient back crawl, swim and stay at the surface in a vertical position for 5 minutes, 100 meters of elementary backstroke and 100 meters of complete coordinated breaststroke and use the flips at each 20 meters for a 400 meter endurance swim.
GreyGrey: 45 minutes Requirements : complete the objectives of the green level The objectives during the session are : swim 150 meters of efficient crawl, swim 100 meters of efficient back crawl, swim and stay at the surface in a vertical position for 4 minutes, use flat sculling technique for 50 meters, 50 meters of elementary backstroke, learn the breastroke (leg technique) for 75 meters, use the complete breaststroke for 25 meters, dolphin kick for 25 meters and swim with good endurance 300 meters without stopping.
GreenGreen: 45 minutes Requirements : complete the objectives of the blue level The objectives during the session are : swim 100 meters of efficient crawl, swim 50 meters of back crawl, swim and stay at the surface in a vertical position for 3 minutes, use flat sculling technique for 25 meters, 25 meters of elementary backstroke, learn the dolphin kick and swim with good endurance 150 meters without stopping.
BlueBlue: 45 minutes Requirements : complete the objectives of the maroon level The objectives during the session are : swim 50 meters of efficient crawl, swim 25 meters of back crawl with nice straight arms, swim and stay at the surface in a vertical position for 2 minutes, use leg kicks to move forwards with a kick board for 50 meters using good speed, learn the elementary backstroke (leg movement) and swim with good endurance 75 meters without stopping.
BrownBrown : 40 minutes Requirements : complete the objectives of the red level The objectives during the session are : swim 25 meters of crawl with straight legs and arms and coordinated breath, swim and stay at the surface in a vertical position for 60 seconds, use leg kicks to move forwards with a kick board on the back for 25 meters, and swim with good endurance 50 meters without stopping.
RedRed : 40 minutes Requirements : complete the objectives of the orange level The objectives during the session are : swim 15 meters of crawl with straight legs and arms, swim and stay at the surface in a vertical position for 30 seconds, use leg kicks to move forwards with a kick board on the back for 15 meters, blow bubbles repeatedly with eyes opened underwater while kicking for 20 meters.
OrangeOrange : 40 minutes Requirements : complete the objectives of the yellow level or frog level. The objectives during the session are : swim 10 meters using rotating arms above water to start the crawl technique, jump in the water by himself and swim 10 meters away from the side and come back, use leg kicks to move forwards with a kick board by himself on the stomach and on the back for 20 meters, swim underwater to reach the bottom at 4 feet deep, blow bubbles repeatedly with eyes opened underwater.
YellowYellow : 35 minutes Requirements : 6 years and older, no techniques required. The objectives during the session are : swim 5 meters (no help or floaters), use leg kicks to move forwards with a kick board by himself on the stomach for 15 meters, swim on the back for 5 meters with ease, blow bubbles repeatedly with eyes opened underwater, jump in the water by himself.
WhaleWhale : 35 minutes Requirements : complete the objectives of the goldfish level The objectives during the session are : swim 20 meters without stopping using the technique of his choice, swim 10 meters of basic crawl, swim thru a hoop underwater, float by himself in a star position, swim at the surface vertically for 30 seconds, slide and kick in a horizontal position with leg kicks from a side position to a stomach position.
GoldfishGoldfish : 35 minutes Requirements : complete the objectives of the frog level The objectives during the session are : swim 6 meters with rotating arms above water starting to use the crawl strokes, use leg kicks to move forwards with a kick board and breathe with the face underwater/above water, repeatedly, push the wall with the feet and slide in a horizontal position with leg kicks for 6 meters, moving from a side position to a stomach position.
FrogFrog : 35 minutes Requirements : complete the objectives of the tadpole level The objectives during the session are : swim 4 meters (no help), use leg kicks to move forwards with a kick board by himself on the stomach and on the back for 5 meters, blow bubbles repeatedly with eyes opened underwater, jump in the water by himself and swim 3 meters away from the side and come back, push the wall with the feet and slide in a horizontal position with leg kicks for 4 meters, on the stomach and on the back.
TadpoleTadpole : 30 minutes Requirements : complete the objectives of the snail level The objectives during the session are : swim 2 meters without floaters or help, use leg kicks to move forwards with a kick board by himself, jump in the water by himself and swim back to the side, push the wall with the feet and slide in a horizontal position with leg kicks for 2 meters, on the stomach and on the back.
Seahorse - Snail combinedSeahorse : 30 minutes Requirements : 3 years and older. The objectives during the session are : be able to swim without fear, using the hippo belt at the waist to float, and the instructor's light support. Start leg kicks with a kick board and adopt a horizontal floating position with light help. Snail : 30 minutes Requirements : complete the objectives of the seahorse level The objectives during the session are : be able to swim, using the hippo belt at the waist to float, for 3 meters. Slide forwards on the stomach and on the back with a horizontal position, float in a star position with light help, move forwards with a kickboard and blow bubbles repeatedly.
SnailSnail : 30 minutes Requirements : complete the objectives of the seahorse level The objectives during the session are : be able to swim, using the hippo belt at the waist to float, for 3 meters. Slide forwards on the stomach and on the back with a horizontal position, float in a star position with light help, move forwards with a kickboard and blow bubbles repeatedly.
SeahorseSeahorse : 30 minutes Requirements : 3 years and older. The objectives during the session are : be able to swim without fear, using the hippo belt at the waist to float, and the instructor's light support. Start leg kicks with a kick board and adopt a horizontal floating position with light help.
Parent and me 4Parent and me 4 : 35 minutes No requirements, just follow right age group This class is offered to kids from 3 to 5 years old, accompagnied by an adult. The objectives during the session are : Move around using leg kicks with straighter legs with a kick board and the parent helping lightly, float on the stomach and the back without support from the adult and swim without the parent's help with his hippo belt, for 5 meters at a time.
Parent and me 3Parent and me 3 : 35 minutes No requirements, just follow right age group This class is offered to kids from 2 to 4 years old, accompagnied by an adult. The objectives during the session are : Move around using leg kicks with straighter legs, float on the stomach and the back with light support from the adult and swim without the parent's help with his hippo belt, for 2 meters at a time.
Parent and me 2Parent and me 2 : 35 minutes No requirements, just follow right age group This class is offered to kids from 12 to 24 months old, accompanied by an adult. Objectives during the session : start moving the legs while on the stomach or the back., use different support positions from the adult to help the swimmer but allow the swimmer to move around and learn floating techniques, start making bubbles with the mouth and start using hippos to move around with hips at water level. (hippos are used as floater around the waist)
Parent and me 1 and 2 combinedParent and me 1 : This class is offered to kids from 6 to 12 months old, accompagnied by an adult. Objectives during the session : Be confortable and have fun in the water, move around with the help of the adult and different support techniques, wet the head and the face with the water. The parent adopts different support techniques. No floaters required. Parent and me 2 : This class is offered to kids from 12 to 24 months old, accompanied by an adult. Objectives during the session : start moving the legs while on the stomach or the back., use different support positions from the adult to help the swimmer but allow the swimmer to move around and learn floating techniques, start making bubbles with the mouth and start using hippos to move around with hips at water level. (hippos are used as floater around the waist)
