OUR installations

 

Our swimming pool offers you 3 corridors of 20 meters and a round section for free swimming and aquafitness courses. The water is salt-treated and held at a minimum of 84 degrees F. There is no deep section, so it is possible to walk around the pool. In order to choose the best time for your aquatic activities, we invite you to consult the schedule of free swimming in the section "Schedules". You will then know if aquafitness classes are taking place, if swimming lessons take place in 1 corridor, just to plan your activities or workouts by making sure you have the space you want!
 
 
 
Several amenities are available for you by the pool. You can ask the lifeguard for palms, children's games and more. 
 
 
Access to the pool is easy for everyone! The entry by the ramp allows everyone to enter at his own pace.

ADULT PROGRAMMING

Course NameShort Description 
AQUAFITAquafit offers medium to strong intensity water exercises lasting 50 minutes. Full body workout using the resistance of the water. Great cardiovascular exercises. Must be 13 years of age or over.
Aqua prenatal - Aquafit for pregnant womenAqua prenatal offers different series of water exercises of adapted intensity for pregnant women. The course is 50 minutes. (Si vous ne terminez pas la session puisque Bébé arrive avant la fin, communiquez avec nous pour ajuster la tarification!)

SENIORS PROGRAMMING

AQUAFIT SENIORAqua-senior offers adapted intensity water exercises for seniors. Cardiovascular and muscular exercises. Adapt to your own pace, strength and energy level. Course of 50 minutes.

JUNIOR PROGRAMMING

Course NameShort Description 
PRIVATE COURSES 30 minutes (Once a week for 7 weeks)Private lessons are 30 minutes (3 years and +). The kid is the only one that is swmming with his instructor. he will progress through the levels of our swimming program, detailed in the preceding pages. These courses are ideal for children who need special attention or have group fears.
PRIVATES COURSES 45 minutes (Once a week for 7 weeks)This is a 45-minute class during which children (3 years and+) swim on their own while being accompanied by their instructor who gives them one-on-one directions in order to ensure progress!
Private classes 30 minutes (8 classes in 4 weeks, twice a week)Les cours privés sont de 30 minutes. L’enfant de 3 ans et plus nage seul avec son moniteur. Il progresse alors à travers les niveaux de notre programme de natation, détaillé dans les pages précédentes. Ces cours sont idéals pour les enfants qui nécessitent une attention plus particulière ou qui ont plus de craintes en groupe. 2 choix d'horaire : Mardi et Jeudi du 27 juin au 20 juillet OU mardi et jeudi du 25 juillet au 17 août.
PRIVATE CLASSES intensive, 8 classes in 2 weeks, Monday to Thursday, 1 class every morningLes cours privés sont de 30 minutes. L’enfant de 3 ans et plus nage seul avec son moniteur. Il progresse alors à travers les niveaux de notre programme de natation, détaillé dans les pages précédentes. Ces cours sont idéals pour les enfants qui nécessitent une attention plus particulière ou qui ont plus de craintes en groupe. 4 choix d'horaire : Lundi au jeudi 2 semaines consécutives, offert à 4 blocs de dates dans l'été.
Parent and me 1 and 2 combinedParent and me 1 : This class is offered to kids from 6 to 12 months old, accompagnied by an adult. Objectives during the session : Be confortable and have fun in the water, move around with the help of the adult and different support techniques, wet the head and the face with the water. The parent adopts different support techniques. No floaters required. Parent and me 2 : This class is offered to kids from 12 to 24 months old, accompanied by an adult. Objectives during the session : start moving the legs while on the stomach or the back., use different support positions from the adult to help the swimmer but allow the swimmer to move around and learn floating techniques, start making bubbles with the mouth and start using hippos to move around with hips at water level. (hippos are used as floater around the waist)
Parent and me 3 and 4 combinedParent and me 3 : 35 minutes No requirements, just follow right age group This class is offered to kids from 2 to 4 years old, accompagnied by an adult. The objectives during the session are : Move around using leg kicks with straighter legs, float on the stomach and the back with light support from the adult and swim without the parent's help with his hippo belt, for 2 meters at a time. Parent and me 4 : 35 minutes No requirements, just follow right age group This class is offered to kids from 3 to 5 years old, accompagnied by an adult. The objectives during the session are : Move around using leg kicks with straighter legs with a kick board and the parent helping lightly, float on the stomach and the back without support from the adult and swim without the parent's help with his hippo belt, for 5 meters at a time.
SeahorseSeahorse : 30 minutes Requirements : 3 years and older. The objectives during the session are : be able to swim without fear, using the hippo belt at the waist to float, and the instructor's light support. Start leg kicks with a kick board and adopt a horizontal floating position with light help.
SnailSnail : 30 minutes Requirements : complete the objectives of the seahorse level The objectives during the session are : be able to swim, using the hippo belt at the waist to float, for 3 meters. Slide forwards on the stomach and on the back with a horizontal position, float in a star position with light help, move forwards with a kickboard and blow bubbles repeatedly.
TadpoleTadpole : 30 minutes Requirements : complete the objectives of the snail level The objectives during the session are : swim 2 meters without floaters or help, use leg kicks to move forwards with a kick board by himself, jump in the water by himself and swim back to the side, push the wall with the feet and slide in a horizontal position with leg kicks for 2 meters, on the stomach and on the back.
Frog and Goldfish COMBINEDFrog : 35 minutes Requirements : complete the objectives of the tadpole level The objectives during the session are : swim 4 meters (no help), use leg kicks to move forwards with a kick board by himself on the stomach and on the back for 5 meters, blow bubbles repeatedly with eyes opened underwater, jump in the water by himself and swim 3 meters away from the side and come back, push the wall with the feet and slide in a horizontal position with leg kicks for 4 meters, on the stomach and on the back. Goldfish : 35 minutes Requirements : complete the objectives of the frog level The objectives during the session are : swim 6 meters with rotating arms above water starting to use the crawl strokes, use leg kicks to move forwards with a kick board and breathe with the face underwater/above water, repeatedly, push the wall with the feet and slide in a horizontal position with leg kicks for 6 meters, moving from a side position to a stomach position.
YellowYellow : 35 minutes Requirements : 6 years and older, no techniques required. The objectives during the session are : swim 5 meters (no help or floaters), use leg kicks to move forwards with a kick board by himself on the stomach for 15 meters, swim on the back for 5 meters with ease, blow bubbles repeatedly with eyes opened underwater, jump in the water by himself.
OrangeOrange : 40 minutes Requirements : complete the objectives of the yellow level or frog level. The objectives during the session are : swim 10 meters using rotating arms above water to start the crawl technique, jump in the water by himself and swim 10 meters away from the side and come back, use leg kicks to move forwards with a kick board by himself on the stomach and on the back for 20 meters, swim underwater to reach the bottom at 4 feet deep, blow bubbles repeatedly with eyes opened underwater.
RedRed : 40 minutes Requirements : complete the objectives of the orange level The objectives during the session are : swim 15 meters of crawl with straight legs and arms, swim and stay at the surface in a vertical position for 30 seconds, use leg kicks to move forwards with a kick board on the back for 15 meters, blow bubbles repeatedly with eyes opened underwater while kicking for 20 meters.
BrownBrown : 40 minutes Requirements : complete the objectives of the red level The objectives during the session are : swim 25 meters of crawl with straight legs and arms and coordinated breath, swim and stay at the surface in a vertical position for 60 seconds, use leg kicks to move forwards with a kick board on the back for 25 meters, and swim with good endurance 50 meters without stopping.
BlueBlue: 45 minutes Requirements : complete the objectives of the maroon level The objectives during the session are : swim 50 meters of efficient crawl, swim 25 meters of back crawl with nice straight arms, swim and stay at the surface in a vertical position for 2 minutes, use leg kicks to move forwards with a kick board for 50 meters using good speed, learn the elementary backstroke (leg movement) and swim with good endurance 75 meters without stopping.
GreenGreen: 45 minutes Requirements : complete the objectives of the blue level The objectives during the session are : swim 100 meters of efficient crawl, swim 50 meters of back crawl, swim and stay at the surface in a vertical position for 3 minutes, use flat sculling technique for 25 meters, 25 meters of elementary backstroke, learn the dolphin kick and swim with good endurance 150 meters without stopping.
