Pre-Natal YogaPrenatal yoga is suited for future mothers.
Circuit training with strollerCome and join our baby and me stroller classes. Work out and spend some energy while your little one encourages you to break a sweat!
Insanity''Insanity'' est un entraînement en HIIT (high intensity interval training) très intense. Les séances commencent par un échauffement d'approximativement 10 min , suivi par des mouvements d'étirements. Ensuite, le cours se poursuit avec plusieurs séries d’exercices à haute intensité (pendant 2-3 minutes) puis 30 secondes de repos actif entre chaque série. Les exercices sont divers et variés : burpees, squats, jumps, push ups, lunges etc.
BooTy thursdayThe latest most inspiring women’s-only, barefoot fitness program designed to unleash your potential in body, mind, and soul. The BooTy® program combines high intensity fitness moves with powerful music and movement creating a perfect balance between intensity and fun! Woman walk away feeling STRONG, EMPOWERED and INSPIRED to live their most authentic lives!
ZumbaZumba: is a free course for members of Sportheque accessing aerobics. Only non-members must register via the Internet. A course that makes us dance to flamenco and samba incorporating aerobic movements. Try one course and you will be inspired. Come party in our Zumba classes.
Traditional Karate Shotokan 9 YRS AND plusTraditional Karate Shotokan 9 YRS AND +
Spin with babyCome and join our spinning with baby class. An ideal way to get back into shape without the use of a babysitter!
Postnatal yoga with strollerUn cours unique pour travailler les postures traditionnelles du yoga à un rythme plus dynamique pour élever la température du corps et le rythme cardiaque combiné avec plusieurs exercices d’abdominaux postnatals. Le cours est donné à l'extérieur (on vous envoie un courriel, confirmant l'endroit 24 heures d'avance). En cas de pluie le cours est donné à l'intérieur.

This class if offered for those of 60 years and older. It offers an introduction to strength training and its benefits. The stability ball is used to improve muscle tonus, flexibility, endurance and balance.
Cardio and power tonus Tuesday 10h30Aucune inscription requise pour les membres ayant un abonnement «Conditionnement physique», «Prestige», «Ultime» & «F.I.T. Vous avez tout simplement à vous présenter au cours. 20 minutes de step léger, 20 minutes d'aérobie et 20 minutes de musculation.
Stability movementAucune inscription requise pour les membres ayant un abonnement «Conditionnement physique», «Prestige», «Ultime» & «F.I.T. Vous avez tout simplement à vous présenter au cours. This fitness class progressively improves cardiovascular endurance.
