It's maple sugar season!

Who says March says the arrival of maple sugar season. This is the time of year when we use maple sugar in abundance. Mmmmmmm the smell and exquisite taste of maple products! Unfortunately, this period is often associated with something that is harmful to health. However, there are many unknown benefits that come from maple syrup and maple water.
