This course combines a training period with an introduction to lifesaving techniques. It also covers aspects of lifesaving society courses (Swim Patrol, Bronze Star, etc.).

  • Continue swimming between courses and improve prospects for a future lifeguard job

Children swim unaided with an instructor, progressing through each level of our swim program. These classes are ideal for kids who need special attention or aren't comfortable in a group. Open to all users.

Semi-Private Classes

Two children, same level

The class can have two children if you want your child to swim with a friend at the same level. Both will have the same instructor, and the fee for the second swimmer will be $73 plus tax.

PERSONAL TRAINING is offered for those who want to improve their strokes and build endurance, speed, stamina and strength. Each 60-minute session is tailored to participant needs.

Training in the pool:

Different and effective!

PERSONAL TRAINING is offered in the pool at varying times to fit participant needs. Sessions can be bought individually or as part of a package, and be one-on-one or in small groups of two to four. Trainers meet with participants to set overall goals or fix targets for each session. Whether preparing for a triathlon or seeking new ways to work out, personal training in the pool is a great way to round out your fitness program.

Members

Members with the Abonnement PRESTIGE, Abonnement ULTIME, and Abonnement FIT packages have full-time pool access, up to three Aquafitness classes a week, and a discount on swim classes.

Non-members can join any class by signing up for individual sessions. They can also use the public swim by paying a daily fee.
